| THE 2011 FSC WEST CARSHOW August 2011 Bojix Design and FocusRush.net held the 2011 First Annual FSC West Car Show Saturday, August 27th, 2011 on the Main Lawn of the Ventura Harbor Village in Ventura, Calif. The cool ocean breeze was a welcome change of pace for many that traveled from inland areas that were burning in the triple digits. With more than 64 FSC's in attendance, there was more than the eye could take in. The Ford focus community boasted the highest attendance with more than 25 cars followed by an expected but welcome 12 Mazda RX8's. FSC West was also the largest gathering of Ford Fiesta's as of yet, each one as different from the last as possible. The crowd was energized by the throwing out of Ford Fiesta hats and tee shirts provided by Ford and the raffle for some great prizes had everyone on edge. Between the sale of drinks and raffle tickets, more than $200 was raised and has been donated to the Rick Roberts Warrior Foundation, a charity for wounded vets. Bojix Design and FSC West Coordinator James Stanley are already discussing FSC West 2012 with a few changes and improvements. Information will be posted as it becomes available. |
| AZUSA CANYON RUN & BOJIX DESIGN MEET March 15, 2011 The combine sites of FocusRush.net, Focaljet.com and FocusFanatics.com came together in Azusa, Calif. for a run through the mountains of Azusa in North Eastern Los Angles. The group staged at Bojix Design in Duarte, CA where FocusRush.net member PumpkinSVT tired on several XXR wheels that Bojix Design offers in the focus 4x108 bolt pattern. Midway through the twisting mountains roads, the caravan was joined by an unexpected Lamborgini Superleggera. After a brief photo op, the group continued down the mountain where FocusRush.net founder James was forced to stop after his front brakes overheated and began smoking. The drive came to a conclusion with classic Burgers, fries and shakes and a few last photos. |
| FIESTA ISLAND BEACH BBQ & PHOTO SHOOT March 27, 2011 FocusRush.net members gathered for the 3rd annual Fiesta Island BBQ at Fiesta island in San Diego, Calif. Attendees drove around the island, two at a time with Rush Automotive Photographer James Stanley where he took rolling shots of all of the cars. | K&N Focus & Fiesta Factory Tour June 25, 2011 The first ever combine Focus & Fiesta FSC community had a rare opportunity to take a tour of the K&N Performance Air Filter Factory in Southern California. Attendees got the opportunity to view the process of creating a performance air filter from start to finish as well as K&N's Research and Development and some amazing K&N milestone vehicles including a working 1 Million Mile Chevy Silverado equipped with a K&N Air Filter. After the tour, prizes were given and the group went out together form some great Mexican food at a local Mexican restaurant. |
| 2011 EXTREME DIMENSIONS OPEN HOUSE CAR SHOW September 2011 Extreme Dimensions opened their warehouse doors once again for their 2011 Open House Car Show. A large number of vehicles from a majority Asian persuasion filled the parking lot. The FOCUSRUSH car and a 2012 Titanium focus represented the FSC Community but the Extreme Dimensions judges failed to judge the cars. The winning car of the day was a 2002 Honda Civic Si. This is most likely the first and last ED carshow FocusRush will be attending. |

| CARS & COFFEE IRVINE WITH KEN BLOCK 2011 A FocusRush.net exclusive! Members of FocusRush.net attended the Cars & Coffee car show after being invited by Ken Block and the Monster World Rally Team to check out Ken's 2010 Ford Focus RS and new HPHV Fiesta which was recently featured in the viral youtube.com video GYMKAHANA 4. A few members even got Ken to sign various parts of the vehicle including bumpers, dash boards and engine covers. |
